Shipping Methods & Delivery Areas

FioreSole currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We deliver to most residential and commercial addresses within our supported countries. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse.

Shipping Costs & Processing Time

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and order weight. All shipping charges are final and non-refundable. FioreSole does not offer free shipping promotions.

Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping delivery estimates are as follows:

  • Domestic (Within the US): 5-10 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

These timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier processing times, which are beyond our control.

Shipping Address & Order Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are unable to modify the shipping address or alter the contents of an order once it has been placed and is in processing. For any concerns regarding your shipping address, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

Undeliverable Packages & Returns to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from the carrier, we will contact you via email. A new shipping fee will be required to resend the order. If you do not wish to proceed, a refund for the merchandise will be issued, minus the original shipping costs.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, you are the importer of record and are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. FioreSole has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. For any issues with delivery, damaged items, or items lost in transit, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
